Yueyang has three administrative districts ¨C Yueyanglou District, Yunxi District, and Junshan District; four counties ¨C Yueyang County, Huarong County, Xiangyin County, and Pingjiang County; two county-level cities ¨C Miluo, and Linxiang; and, four functional areas ¨C Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chenglingji Port Industry New Area, Nanhu New Area, and Quyuan Administrative Zone.
