About the Operator
The Research Center for Internet Information (ReCIIS) at Hunan University was established in 2008. As a scientific research division of Hunan University, the center is responsible for the Hunan Official Web Portal’s construction and network maintenance. It also shoulders the tasks of managing network information resources while developing advanced Internet and applied technologies, so as to provide all-round information assurance and sophisticated technical support.
