Former Residence of Zuo Zongtang

Liuzhuang was a farmer's house designed and built in 1843 by Zuo Zongtang, the Grand Minister and Secretary of the Grand Secretary of the Qing Dynasty. Mr. Zuo lived in reclusion here for six years, doing farm work during the day and studied hard at night, which laid a solid foundation for his later years as an important state political and military figure.

Transport: Tourists may go from Yueyang to the Former Residence of Renbishi by mini bus, or go from Yueyang to Miluo by bus, and then take a shuttle bus to the Former Residence
