12345 WeChat Mini Program

On June 18, 2019, the Hotline Office of the Yueyang Municipal People’s Government opens a WeChat account “Yueyang 12345” and a mini program to support the previous hotline service. From now on, people from all walks of life can submit consultations, complaints and suggestions on handling administrative approval items to these new online platforms, so as to make 12345 a general customer service center for government affairs.
