Yueyang to Develop 51 Provincial Key Construction Projects
According to the Yueyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the General Office of the Hunan Provincial People¡¯s Government and the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently announced the list of 309 key construction projects and investment plans in the province this year. Fifty-one projects are located in Yueyang City, with an estimated investment of 53.32 billion yuan to be completed this year.
The 51 projects include:
-- Fifteen industrial development projects, with an estimated investment of 22.76 billion yuan to be completed this year;
-- Twenty-nine infrastructure projects, with an estimated investment of 26.26 billion yuan to be completed this year;
-- Three social and livelihood projects, with an estimated investment of 1.63 billion yuan to be completed this year; and,
-- Four ecological projects, with an estimated investment of 2.67 billion yuan to be completed this year.
There are 27 projects under separate management, including caprolactam (CPL) industrial chain relocation, upgrading, and extension project; Yueyang Airport expansion project; and, a lithium iron phosphate battery and assembly system project. A total of 35.38 billion yuan will be invested in these projects.
There are 24 projects under joint management, including Pingjiang-Yiyang Expressway, Changling-Changsha Huanghua International Airport jet fuel pipeline, Jingmen-Changsha 1000kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation project, and key embankment reinforcement projects in Dongting Lake area.
