Huyue Intelligent Science and Technology Industry Investment Fund Project, School of Modern Industry Signed in Yueyang

The Huyue Intelligent Science and Technology Industry Investment Fund Project and the School of Modern Industry were successfully signed on the morning of December 17, 2021. Wang Yi’ou, secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee, witnessed the signing and delivered a speech. Li Zhi, deputy secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and first secretary of the Chenglingji New Port Area Party and Working Committee, presided over the ceremony. Xie Sheng, member of the Standing Committee and secretary general of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee; Yu Yuelan, secretary of the CPC Yueyang Vocational Technical College Committee; and, Pan Yuesheng, president of the Yueyang Vocational Technical College, attended.

The newly-established Huyue Intelligent Science and Technology Industry Investment Fund is mainly funded and established by Yueyang Guansheng Investment Development Co., Ltd., with a total fund of 5 billion yuan. It will focus on such areas as intelligent science and technology and general health.

Through the “Fund plus Sub-funds” model, it is planned to invest 1.3 billion yuan to cooperate with 5 companies with high level of technologies and good development prospects in Yueyang, and construct new high-tech industry projects with a total investment of 4.8 billion yuan. They are Hannto Technology Inc., DeepBlue Technology, SH Corporation, Goofoo Technology, and Shanghai Inbestech. The School of Modern Industry project in the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone Yueyang Area is jointly built by Chenglingji New Port Area and the Yueyang Vocational Technical College. The total investment is about 1.5 billion yuan, which aims to ensure the demand for human resources in the industrial park and the needs of special talents for enterprises.
