Yueyang to Cultivate World’s Largest Remote Control Production Base

In May 2021, the Yueyang Himit Technology Co., Ltd. officially settled down in Port-vicinity High-tech Industrial Park, Chenglingji New Port Area. In November, its five production lines have finished debugging and started mass production. In December, 10 lines will be distributed, with an annual production capacity of more than 50 million expected. This move will enable Chenglingji New Port Area to become the world's largest remote control production base.

The person in charge of the Yueyang Himit noted that the company’s technology will stay at the forefront of global peers by relying on the technology of its parent company. It is possible to replicate and expand production capacity to create a larger global automated high-end remote control production base in Yueyang. Its main business is processing supplied materials, and it can provide more than 1 billion yuan of products to foreign countries every year. According to the company's overall strategy and based on its core technology, Yueyang Himit will attract the remote control production industrial chain to develop and thrive in Yueyang, and create a total remote control production value of 4 billion yuan for the city. Based on the remote control industry, it may also expand business to the manufacturing of other consumer electronic products, and establish a new electronic industry production model featuring digital processing in Yueyang City.
