1st China Miluo River International Poetry Art Week Held in Yueyang

The Chinese and Foreign Writers Forum , a part of the first China ¨C Miluo River International Poetry Art Week, was held in Miluo, Yueyang, on December 13. More than 100 Chinese and foreign poets, writers, and scholars made a dialogue on the topics of poetry in the new era and poetry history in Miluo. Gao Xing, chief editor of World Literature journal, chaired the forum. 
Chinese poets, writers, and translators Li Shaojun, Gu He, An Qi, Wang Jianzhao, and Li Yalan, Russian poet and translator Rudenko Valeriy, and Mongolian poet attended the forum. All attendees expressed their views actively. ¡°A ¡®United Nations¡¯ of literature is born in Miluo,¡± said Meng Fanhua, a famous literary critic.
