Chen Ailin, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee deputy secretary, led a team to Shanghai on October 20 and 21, 2020. After in-depth discussion with the senior executives of Shanghai Guohe Capital on the composition, operation, management, and withdrawal of fund, Deputy Secretary Chen said that Yueyang and Shanghai Guohe have reached a consensus on the establishment of an industrial fund, and it is necessary to further identify the combination of local governments and fund companies.
