Major Projects Start Construction in Huarong County

On October 18, the major projects intensive commencement ceremony and the China Energy Investment Corporation Guohua Yueyang Power Plant project construction mobilization conference were held in Huarong County. Hunan Vice Governor Chen Fei announced the start of major projects construction in Huarong County. Li Aiwu, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee deputy secretary and Yueyang mayor, delivered a speech. Municipal leaders Yang Kun, Liu Xiaoying, and Liu Tiejian, Secretary-General Liu Chuanhan, and relevant persons in charge of the Guohua Power Company and the China Cultural Heritage Foundation, attended.


Mayor Li, on behalf of the CPC Yueyang Muncipal Committee and the People’s Government of Yueyang City, congratulated the start of projects construction. She said that the major projects are all great and important ones. They are highly related to economic development and the people's livelihood.


On the same day, a signing ceremony for major investment projects in 2020 was also held in Huarong Country. There were 5 projects signed, with a total investment of approximately 8 billion yuan. They are: Huarong Coal Railway-Waterway Combined Transportation Storage and Distribution Base, Huarong County Yurun Modern Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Biotechnology Industry, Stamping Unmanned Huazhi Electronics Equipment Production Base, Kelijia Smart Textile (Phase Ⅲ), and Kechuang Smart Textile (Phase Ⅲ).
