OCT Group Visits Yueyang

The senior officials of the Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) Group visited Yueyang between July 21 and 23, 2020. Wang Yiou, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee secretary; Chen Ailin, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee deputy secretary; Ma Na, CPC Yueyang Municipal Standing Committee member and Publicity Department director; and, Qiu Hong, vice mayor, successively met with Liu Kaixin, CPC OCT Group Standing Committee member and Disciplinary Committee secretary, and his entourage. They exchanged ideas on comprehensive projects cooperation and development, such as urban entertainment and cultural tourism.


OCT Group is a large-scale central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It has been ranked the fourth place in the world and first in Asia for many years in the global tourist attraction groups. Secretary Liu successively inspected the sports and cultural tourism projects, including the “three circles” of Nanhu Lake, Yueyang Tower, Yuezhou Ancient Town, Dongting South Road Historical and Cultural District, Dongting Lake Expo Park, Haohe Wetland Park, Jianghu Ecological Wetland Experience Park, Junshan Island, and the city complex around Bajiao Lake.
