Yueyang Launches This Year¡¯s 2nd Batch of Key Projects

On April 28, a grand ceremony was held at the Chenglingji Comprehensive Bonded Zone to mark the launching of Yueyang¡¯s second batch of key projects in 2020.

 
Wang Yiou, secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee, announced the official launching of the projects. Li Aiwu, deputy secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and Yueyang mayor, addressed the ceremony. Municipal government leaders Chen Ailin, Li Zhi, Tan Zhenghong, Liu Xiaoying, and general secretary Liu Chuanhan attended.

A total of 45 projects were launched, with an estimated investment of 27.04 billion yuan in total and annual investment of 9.29 billion yuan. Among them, 6 are on infrastructure, 25 on industrial development, 9 on people¡¯s livelihood, and 5 on environmental protection. There are 41 projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan each; 1 with over 5 billion yuan; 3 with investment between 2 and 5 billion yuan; and, 7 with investment between 1 and 2 billion yuan. Seventeen projects are located in Yueyang¡¯s municipal administrative regions, with a total investment of 11.07 billion yuan, while 28 in six counties and county-level cities, with a total investment of 15.97 billion yuan.
