Yueyang Holds Epidemic Prevention and Control and Work and Production Resumption Video Conference

The Yueyang Epidemic Prevention and Control and Work and Production Resumption Video Conference was held on March 5, 2020. Li Aiwu, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee deputy secretary and Yueyang mayor, asked to help enterprises accelerate normal production and restore living order, and stabilize the municipal economic and social development momentum. Li Zhi, CPC Yueyang Municipal Standing Committee member and executive deputy mayor, presided over the meeting. Xie Chunsheng, Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee director; Liu Chuanhan, Yueyang Municipal People’s Government secretary general; and, relevant department heads attended the meeting at the main venue. The heads of counties and urban districts, and persons in charge of industrial parks above provincial level joined the meeting at sub venues.

The meeting announced Yueyang work and production resumption and the resumed enterprises labor demands conditions. As of March 4, the industrial enterprises, service industries, and major agricultural products manufacturers have resumed work in an orderly manner, and the living materials and energy supplies remain normal and stable. Twenty-nine key industrial projects and sixty-six provincial and municipal projects worth over 100 million CNY each resumed construction.
