MWR Minister Inspects Yueyang's Flood Control and Drought Relief

Minister of the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) E Jingping made an inspection tour on flood control and drought relief in Yueyang on Apr. 15 and 16. Senior leaders including Hunan Vice Governor Sui Zhongcheng, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee Secretary Liu Hesheng, Yueyang Mayor Li Aiwu, and Yueyang Vice Mayor Li Jiyang accompanied him on the tour.

He stressed that endeavors should be made to focus on resolving problems, make fullest preparation, and take targeted measures to shore up weak links, in a bid to ensure the safety of the major rivers and lakes.
