Secretary Hu Zhongxiong Publizes CPC Congress Highlights to Residents

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the proposal of establishing a social governance model based on collaboration, participation, and common interests. CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee Secretary Hu Zhongxiong paid a visit to Yueyang Tower Community of Yueyang Tower Subdistrict Office on the morning of Nov. 4.
