National Drama Performance Season Kicks off in Beijing
BEIJING, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- The third national drama performance season of China began at the Beijing Capital Theater Wednesday.
A total of 23 plays from 11 provinces will be staged at eight theaters in Beijing during the season, which will last one and a half months.
The works include plays that pay tribute to patriotism, those on current events, and the ones that root themselves in people's daily lives.
Events such as dialogues on international drama culture, lectures and acting experiences will take place during the season.
