Hunan Vice Governor He Baoxiang (2nd, L) inspects a water-gate reinforcement project at Quyuan Administration District. 

On June 28, Hunan Vice Governor He Baoxiang visited Xiangying County, Quyuan Administration District, Miluo City, and Yueyang County. He inspected pumping station renovation, embankment reinforcement, and material reserves, debriefed on the implementation of flood control measures, and reviewed flood prevention preparations.

Yueyang Mayor Liu Hesheng, vice mayors Tang Wenfa and Qiu Hong, and Secretary General Liu Chuanhan accompanied He on the tour.
