Grand Performance Staged in Yueyang to Celebrate CPC Centenary

On the evening of June 30, a grand singing performance themed “Ode to the Party’s Centenary” was held at Yueyang Cultural & Artistic Convention & Exhibition Center, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Wang Yi’ou, CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee secretary, delivered a speech. Li Aiwu,   CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee deputy secretary and Yueyang mayor; municipal leaders Chen Ailin, Xu Xinchu, Xiang Weixiong, Li Zhi, Wang Xiaozhong, Ma Na, Hu Jianxin, Tan Zhenghong, Lin Zhangliang, and Xie Qun; and, representatives of outstanding CPC members, role models, “good people” honorees, model workers, Party members, and the masses from all walks of life, watched the performance together. They shared their understanding of the unswerving original mission of the Communist Party of China over the past century, and jointly expressed their lofty ambitions to advance into the new era under the strong leadership of the Party.
