Junshan District Launches Reservation and Overtime Administrative Services
Yueyang¡¯s Junshan District Administrative Approval Service Bureau launched ¡°5+2¡± reservation service to enable people to apply on weekends.
Several frequent applications, such as real estate registration, market supervision, and medical insurance, can be handled on Saturday and Sunday (not include festival holidays) based on reservation service. People can make reservations at the Junshan District Administrative Service Center information desk, or via reservation hotline. These reserved applications can be handled at the reservation windows at appointed time on weekends.
The bureau also implements overtime service at all windows on working days. All immediately-handled applications which are accepted during working hours should be completed that day. This has improved accuracy and efficiency of administrative services.
Next, the bureau will provide more measures to solve bottlenecks and difficulties hindering enterprises and people¡¯s applications, in a bid to improve business environment.
