The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) Hunan Bureau recently organized 186 banking financial institutions across the province to launch a financing campaign. The campaign focuses on the development of small and micro enterprises, and solutions to financing problems. Hunan is one of the first five pilot provinces (cities) designated by CBIRC.

In recent years, Hunan¡¯s banking financial institutions have continued to exert their efforts in development strategies, institutional mechanisms, and product services, so as to continuously improve small and micro companies' financial service quality and efficiency. However, inaccessible and expensive financing still constrains the development of these companies. CBIRC Hunan Bureau requires all banking financial institutions in the province to participate in the campaign, deepen bank-enterprise cooperation, enhance the sense of gain and satisfaction of small and micro enterprises, and ensure effective results.

CBIRC Hunan Bureau related that 174,500 small and micro enterprises (filtered) were included in the campaign. Questionnaire surveys and field visits will be held to learn about these enterprises¡¯ opinions and suggestions on bank financing services, and figure out their financing needs and characteristics. These will facilitate efficient financial resources allocation.
