Northern Hunan’s First High-end Elderly Care Project Launched in Junshan

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Hunan Hongyu Ecological Park’s Kangnian Town Project was held on June 19. The project covers an area of 283 mu (about 18.8 ha.) and has an investment of 1.2 billion CNY.

Located in Junshan District, the project is the first high-end healthy elderly care project in northern Hunan. It is built based on Hunan Hongyu Ecological Park, a five-star leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration park. It adheres to design concepts of ecology and sharing, and aims to promote healthy lifestyle, and ecological health and elderly care.

The project is designed to be a massive health demonstration park which integrates medical care, leisure tourism, and high-end elderly care.

The project is a 15-minute drive from downtown Yueyang, only 200 meters from the entrance of Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway, and a 30-minute drive from Yueyang East Railway Station and Yueyang Sanhe Airport.

It is divided into three major sectors: medical care, leisure tourism and high-end elderly care.

The medical care sector will provide exclusive hospitals and family doctor services based on future hospitals and nursing homes. It will establish sharing platforms with several Grade A hospitals and super hospitals.

The leisure tourism sector will be equipped with a tourist resort center, a rural life experience area, an elderly catering activity center, an elderly care demonstration area, and an elderly care hotel, providing rural environment + college-style healthcare + migratory bird-style health holiday.

The high-end elderly care sector will focus on massive health-oriented community home care for the elderly, including apartment area, residential area, and elderly care area. Butler service and intelligent management will be offered.
