Fifty New Energy Buses Come Online in Junshan District
Fifty new energy buses have been put into use in Junshan District, Yueyang City, it was learned from the Junshan Public Transport Co., Ltd. on January 11, 2019. The No. 1 and No. 2 Junshan Bus Lines also opened. This will further upgrade the new energy public transportation system in Junshan District and improve traffic conditions.
Replacing with new energy buses is one of the 2018 people¡¯s livelihood projects made by the Junshan District government. At present, 30 new energy buses are allocated to the No. 51 line (District Government to Yueyang stops), 10 to the No. 1 Junshan Bus Line (Xinhe Ferry to Dongting Lake Museum stops), and 10 to the No. 2 Junshan Bus Line (Jingming Road Neighborhood Committee to Green Food Industrial Park stops). This will make travel more environmentally-friendly, comfortable, and convenient.
The new energy buses mark a new step in the public transportation industry in Junshan District, which will play a positive role in improving the public travel conditions in the area, enhancing Yueyang¡¯s appearance, and accelerating its urban construction pace.
