Yueyang Non-public Economy¡¯s Added Value Exceeds 131 Bln Yuan from January to October
From January to October, the non-public ownership economy of thewhole city achieved an added value of 131.2 billion yuan, an increase of 6.8%over the previous year. The paid-in tax to the treasury amounted to 11.306billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 2.605 billion yuan, or 29.9%.
Since this year, the Municipal Economic and InformationTechnology Committee has acted vigorously as a matchmaker, contributing toenhancing the cooperation between banks and enterprises and solving thefinancing problems of micro-small-and medium-sized enterprises across multiplechannels. So far, a total of 447.88 million yuan of financing credit for 79enterprises in the city have been provided. The committee has organizedenterprises to participate in the matchmaking meetings between banks andenterprises for integration of industry and finance to raise the province¡¯smanufacturing power. There are 67 enterprises included in the first batch of ¡°whitelist¡± for integration of industry and finance of manufacturing. The preparatorywork of credit risk compensation fund for Yueyang¡¯s micro-small-andmedium-sized enterprises is being rolled out. The committee has also made greatefforts for special funds for the development of provincial small-andmedium-sized enterprises, which amounted to 1.059 million yuan, benefited to 33enterprises. It has allocated subsidy funds for the projects of 24 enterprisesby means of special funds for the development of the city¡¯s small-andmedium-sized enterprises, issued rewards to those who have made significantcontributions to the tax of non-public economy, and given priority to 100 ¡°specialized,refined, peculiar and new¡± little giant enterprises of the whole city. Atpresent, 42 enterprises have entered the cultivation list of little giantenterprises of the whole province.
Meanwhile, the city is fully committed to building the datacloud service platform of small-and medium-sized enterprises in Yueyang city,and strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship bases.There are 22 bases approved as provincial core service institutions for small-,medium-and micro-sized enterprises, and 3 approved as ¡°Hunan EntrepreneurshipBases for Small-, Medium-and Micro-sized Enterprises¡±. The incubators ofYueyang Economic and Technical Development Zone was awarded the title of ¡°NationalEntrepreneurship base for Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise¡±. HailingTechnology Incubator Co., Ltd, successfully established a national-leveltechnology business incubator. The city has organized plenty of non-publicenterprises to participate in activities such as Hunan Province Small-andMedium-sized Enterprises Service Matchmaking and China Expo to showcasefeatured products, explore emerging markets, strengthen cross-regionalcooperation and collaboration, strive to introduce domestic and foreigncapital, technology and managerial experience, and enhance the dynamism ofhigh-quality development.
