Hunan Commercial Circulation Carriers Construction and Promotion Conference Held in Shanghai

The Hunan Commercial Circulation Carriers Construction and Promotion Conference was held in Shanghai on July 25. Vice Governor He Baoxiang attended the conference.

The first batch of 48 investment projects released on site valued at 92.2 billion CNY, with 82.6 billion CNY to be introduced. The participants represent three kinds of Top 500 enterprises including China Resources Group, Xiamen C&D Co., Ltd., Yuexing Group, Shanghai Red Star Macalline Group, and Seazen Holding Group. Well-known commercial circulation enterprises across the country like Better Life Group, Friendship & Apollo Holding Co., Ltd., as well as representatives in the financial field also attended the conference.

It is learnt that this is the first time for Hunan to conduct mass recommendation of construction projects on commercial circulation carriers. Threre were 46 projects released at the conference including 26 large-scale commercial complex projects, 14 farmers¡¯ market construction projects and 8 construction projects of various large-scale wholesale markets. The projects invested at over 5 billion CNY are Changsha Information Port Project, Construction Project on Millennium Marketplace and Featured Town in Qianzhou Ancient City of Jishou City, Finance, Technology and Innovation Headquarters Center Project in the High-tech Zone of Hengyang City, and Chinese Medicine Industrial Park Project in Yiyang City.

Mr. He said that the construction of commercial circulation carriers is a significant measure of deepening Hunan¡¯s innovation-oriented opening up. At present, Hunan has issued the Work Plan on Implementing Commercial Circulation Projects, to promote consumption transformation and upgrading, and supply-side structural reform in commercial circulation field. He hoped that more businessmen will make full use of development opportunities to conduct cooperation in Hunan and create a better future.
