Vice Governor He Baoxiang Meets with Danish Officials and Fortune 500 Company Delegates

On the morning of April 12, Vice Governor He Baoxiang met in Changsha with a delegation composed of Danish government officials, and senior executives of Fortune Global 500 companies and multinational corporations.

He welcomed the guests and briefed on Hunan's economic and social development, and cultural heritage. He expected to further cooperation and exchanges between Hunan and Denmark to realize mutual benefits and win-win results, impressing Denmark with a fairy tale-like image.

A Demark minister-trade counsellor said that the visit to Changsha was very exciting. He hoped that more cooperation would be made with Hunan in such areas as agriculture and food, to achieve win-win results.

Two days later, executives of Fortune Global 500 companies, including American International Paper, Japan's Sumitomo Seika Chemicals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and the United States' Nordson Corporation, visited the Ningxiang National Economic & Technological Development Zone. They inspected food, maternity and infant producers in the park and witnessed the signing ceremony for the cooperation between Denmark's Aarhus Park and Hunan Engnice Group.
