Toll-free Expressways in Hunan During Qingming Festival

The Hunan Expressway Construction and Development Corporation announced on March 24 that expressways in Hunan will continue to follow related national policies, and be toll-free to vehicles with not more than seven seats from April 5 to April 7, the Qingming Festival.
