13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress First Session Ends

First Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress successfully ends.

On the morning of January 30, at the Hunan Province People's Hall, the First Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress brought down the curtain on its successful completion of its agenda.

The following resolutions were approved:

1. Decisions made by the First Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress on the government annual report;

2. Hunan’s 2017 provincial economic and social development plan implementation and the 2018 plan;

3. Hunan’s 2017 provincial budget and 2018 proposed budget;

4. Decisions on the Hunan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee annual report;

5. Decisions on the Higher People's Court of Hunan Province annual report;

6. Decisions on the People's Procuratorate of Hunan Province annual report;

7. Establishing a special committee for the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress; and,

8. Membership and officers of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress special committee.
