Hunan Photography Exhibition Celebrating 19th CPC National Congress Opens in Beijing
The Beijing International Photography Week 2017 kicked off on October 12. Themed "Beautiful Xiaoxiang and Chinese Dream", the Hunan Photography Exhibition in Celebration of the upcoming 19th CPC National Congress, a major event of the week, opened in Beijing on the same day.
The exhibition, organized by the Hunan Culture Department and undertaken by the Hunan Cultural Center and the Hunan Art Photography Society, will last till October 22. It consists of three parts: Hunan Culture, Hunan Scenery, and Hunan People, displaying 64 photography works. The works feature good ecological environment, profound culture, harmonious society, and rapid economic development of Hunan Province since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012.
The displayed works are selected from more than 2,000 pictures submitted by Hunan professional and amateur photographers.
The Beijing International Photography Week has been held for four sessions by the Ministry of Culture and the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
