Yueyang Obtained Fruitful Results at Hunan-Yangtze River Delta Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference Week
The 2018 Hunan-Yangtze River Delta Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference Week (¡°Conference¡±) was held between July 24 to 27. There were 3 main activities, 9 themed activities and 22 activities attended by delegations from Hunan¡¯s cities and prefecture in the cities of Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Kunshan. Hunan has obtained fruitful achievements at the Conference. There were 152 provincial projects valued at 294.857 billion CNY signed, with 260.729 billion CNY to be introduced.
Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce Luo Shuangfeng said that this is a highest-quality economic and trade activity; an increase of 17% in project number and 137% in contract value have been achieved. Among all the projects signed, the total investment amounts from three categories of Top 500 enterprises (Fortune Global 500, Chinese Top 500, and Chinese Private Top 500 enterprises) reached 124.93 billion CNY.
Specific achievements that cities and prefecture have obtained are as follows:
1. Changsha
Changsha has signed 15 provincial projects, valued at 23.7 billion CNY.
2. Xiangtan
Xiangtan Economic Development Zone has signed 16 projects at the Matchmaking Conference on Xiangjiang Bay Project of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster, valued at 16.6 billion CNY.
3. Shaoyang
Shaoyang has signed 26 projects at the Promotion Conference on Precise Industrial Matchmaking, valued at 18.256 billion CNY.
4. Changde
Changde has signed 53 investment projects at the Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference and Key Project Signing Ceremony in Shanghai, valued at 53.66 billion CNY.
5. Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture
The prefecture has signed project cooperation agreements with over 20 well-known enterprises at its Investment Promotion Conference, valued at 16.908 billion CNY.
6. Yiyang
Yiyang has signed 40 cooperation projects in various fields at its promotion conference, valued at 18 billion CNY.
7. Huaihua
Huaihua has signed projects on the spot include the Demonstration Project on Grand Health Industry in Tongdao County, and Modern Agricultural Rural Complex Construction Project, valued at over one billion CNY.
8. Yueyang
Yueyang has signed 8 cooperation project agreements with Shanghai International Tourism, Resorts Zones and other institutions, valued at 11.8 billion CNY.
9. Zhangjiajie
Zhangjiajie has signed 13 projects at its promotion conference, valued at 18.25 billion CNY.
10. Yongzhou
Yongzhou has signed 32 investment projects at the Industry and Modern Service Promotion and Talent Recruitment Conference, valued at 18.45 billion CNY.
