Hunan Construction Machinery Supporting Industrial Park Unveiled

On the morning of December 22, the unveiling ceremony of Hunan Construction Machinery Supporting Industrial Park and the signing ceremony of major projects were held in Miluo. Vice Governor Zhu Zhongming attended and presented the plaque to the park.

The National Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone Miluo Enclave Industrial Park is jointly built by the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and the Miluo Municipal People's Government. The construction started in 2015. In September 2019, in accordance with the decision and deployment of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Hunan Provincial People¡¯s Government, the Hunan Construction Machinery Supporting Industrial Park was established on the basis of the Miluo Enclave Industrial Park. At present, a core startup area of 4.5 square kilometers has been built in the park and 44 industrial projects have been located here. There are 28 construction machinery industry chain enterprises, mainly providing service for construction machinery industry giants such as Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, and Sunward. The construction of the park is a major measure to promote the formation of a "world-class industrial cluster of construction machinery".

The five contracted projects have a total investment of 8.16 billion yuan, including:--the 5.02-billion-yuan Sunward green intelligent manufacturing base project, with an anticipated annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan after put into operation;--the 1.01-billion-yuan hydraulic smart industrial park project;--the 0.56-billion-yuan tunnel equipment complete machine manufacturing project;--the 0.52-billion-yuan hydraulic machinery manufacturing project; and,--the 1.05-billion-yuan heavy-duty cab production project, with an annual output of 30,000.

On the same day, Zhu Zhongming also inspected enterprises in the industrial park, learned about rural elderly care work, and visited the elderly at a nursing home in Bishi Town.
