To be in charge of the Yueyang Bureau of Commerce and Grain; Yueyang Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Broadcasting, and TV;  Port Administration Office of Yueyang; Yueyang Sub-council of China Council for Promotion of International Trade; Yueyang Customs; and, Yueyang Frontier Inspection Station.

To liaise with the Chenglingji New Port Area, Chenglingji Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Yueyang Municipal People’s Government Press Office, Yueyang Broadcasting and Television Station, Yueyang Municipal People’s Government Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Yueyang Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Yueyang Municipal People’s Government Taiwan Affairs Office, Yueyang Federation of Social Sciences Circles, Yueyang Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Yueyang Returned Overseas Chinese Federation.
