Dear Mr. Huang, 

Thanks for your letter. Please check the following information for consideration: 

Property ownership certificate (original);

Purchase contract (original); 

Identity certificate of the original owner or agent (check the original and collect the copy), and if it is entrusted by an agent, a certificate of trust needs to be provided; 

Identity certificate of the applicant or agent (check the original and collect the copy), and if it is entrusted by an agent, a power of attorney needs to be supplied; 

Marital status certification of the original owner (check the original and collect the copy);
Application form of the housing stock (original); 

Certification of land assignment or the invoice of land transfer payment (check the original and collect the copy), and if it is a collective land, a proof of villagers committee agreement is necessary (original); 

Administrative organ and institution should pass the financial department audit; the state-owned enterprise should be approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; enterprise of collective ownership needs the resolution of its workersĄŻ representatives' committee; joint venture the resolution of its board of directors; and the joint-stock enterprise the resolution of the shareholders' meeting and its registration materials.
