Hunan Eliminates 29 Administrative Fees

The Hunan Department of Finance, and Hunan Development and Reform Commission, recently announced that, 29 administrative charges will be canceled or halted around the province starting from April 1, 2017. It aimed to reduce the burdens of businesses and individuals, and thus support the development of real economy.

For businesses, the seven canceled charges on the list include service fees for vehicle mortgage registration, termite control; and the 16 halted charges include those for measurement standard examination, and traditional Chinese medicine protection.

For individuals, the three canceled charges include service fees for preventive physical examination; and the three halted charges include marriage registration, adoption registration, and search, reprography, and postage fees for government information disclosure.
