Eighth CPC Yueyang Municipal Congress Concludes
On September 29, the Eighth CPC Yueyang Municipal Congress concluded at the Yueyang Culture and Art Exhibition Center after completing all the items on the agenda.
The delegates unanimously passed the resolution on the work reports of the Seventh CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and the Yueyang Municipal Commission for Disciplinary Inspection through voting by a show of hands.
The meeting was chaired by Wang YiĄŻou, executive chairman of the congress. There should be 476 delegates present at the meeting, and 460 attended, which meets the legal requirement.
The on-site supervision team members to the Eighth CPC Yueyang Municipal Congress dispatched by the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee attended the meeting for guidance.
The meeting elected members and alternate members of the Eighth CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee, members of the Yueyang Municipal Commission for Disciplinary Inspection, and delegates to the Twelfth CPC Hunan Provincial Congress. It also passed the resolution on the work reports of the Seventh CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and the Yueyang Municipal Commission for Disciplinary Inspection.
