Vice Governor Chen Fei Joins Discussion with Yueyang Delegation

On the afternoon of January 27, Vice Governor of Hunan Province Chen Fei joined Yueyang deputies to the Second Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress in deliberating the work report as well as reviewing plan and budget report. Liu Hesheng, secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress; Li Aiwu, deputy secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and Yueyang mayor; municipal leaders Xiang Weixiong, Wang Guishu, and Liu Xiaoying joined the discussion too.

Deputies shared their opinions actively, including Zeng Pingyuan, Jiang Yiyun, Ye Meng, Nie Jinhua, Li Zhenjiang, Li Guowu, Zhan Can, Liu Huiping, Ye Jianzhi, Huang Jianwen, and Zhang Shiyu. Taking the actual conditions into consideration, they put forward suggestions on transportation project construction, ecological environmental protection, enterprises’ technology innovation, road construction in rural areas, grassroots-level health center construction, and better healthcare.

Vice Governor Chen said that deputies bear great responsibility for the reviewing of the work report. Their opinions and suggestions will be recorded in detail, so that the report can be further revised and improved, Chen added.
