Yueyang Delegation Reviews Hunan Government Work Report

On January 27, Yueyang deputies reviewed the Hunan provincial government work report in groups.

Liu Hesheng, secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress; Li Aiwu, deputy secretary of the CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee and Yueyang mayor; municipal leaders Xiang Weixiong and Wang Guishu, as well as persons in charge of relevant departments under the provincial government joined the discussion of the first, second and third groups respectively.

During the deliberation, the attendees agreed that the report, with Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, closely followed the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and accorded with the reality of Hunan, honestly summarized the work in 2018, and proposed feasible goals. The report mapped out the work for 2019 and pointed out specific measures to help build a service-based government. It is a practical-oriented and inspiring report that aims to improve people's livelihood.
